What is a Life Coach, Relationship Coach, or Divorce Coach?
A Life Coach, Relationship Coach, or Divorce Coach is a trusted mentor and coach who can help you identify and uncover what keeps you from reaching your fullest potential. Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching, and Divorce Coaching is a one-on-one relationship with individuals that provides a supportive and non-judgmental space to help you create what you want for yourself, as well as to facilitate you with a direct approach in taking ownership for your contribution to what prevents you from reaching your goals. You can find a Life Coach, Relationship Coach, or a Divorce Coach to help you strategize and acquire the tools you need to achieve your goals. Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching, and Divorce Coaching consists of steps to help you identify and reframe your thoughts and attitudes. It can also help you break negative habits, acquire new methods of identification, and take action to achieve your maximum potential.
What types of people have Life Coaches, Relationship Coaches, or Divorce Coaches?
People from all walks of life work with professional Life Coaches, Relationship Coaches, and Divorce Coaches to help attain their goals. Life Coaches, Relationship Coaches, and Divorce Coaches work with people in all areas of their life including relationships, career, finance, health and more. Working with a personal Life Coach, Relationship Coach, or a Divorce Coach is not limited to any type of person, but is best for those who want to take initiative in their own life. People who get a Relationship Therapist are committed to a more fulfilled life and are willing to do the work needed to get there.
How will Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching, or Divorce Coaching help?
The results will vary depending on what brings you to a Life Coach, Relationship Coach, or Divorce Coach. If you get a Life Coach, a Relationship Coach, or a Divorce Coach to help you, the process can help you make your current professional and personal relationships more gratifying, gain better focus on communicating efficiently in relationships, and help you articulate yourself more effectively. In addition, you can find a Life Coach, Relationship Coach, or a Divorce Coach to help you improve your personal relationships, resolve ongoing negative behaviors, improve your overall health, and grow spiritually. With the help of a Life Coach, Relationship Coach, or a Divorce Coach, you can live a more balanced and enhanced life, and enhance your personal relationships to the fullest.
What happens in a Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching, or a Divorce Coaching session?
Each Life Coach, Relationship Coach, and Divorce Coach session is tailored to the clients and will vary based on individual needs. In the beginning, we will discuss what you are committed to accomplishing through our work together and we will begin to create a plan to achieve your goals. Periodically, I will give you assignments to help direct your progress. We will work together to acknowledge obstacles, explore alternate perspectives and celebrate successes. With the conclusion of each session, we will revisit your goals and evaluate the next steps that are needed to achieve these results.
Do I really need a Life Coach, a Relationship Coach, or a Divorce Coach, can't I just do it by myself?
A Life Coach, Relationship Coach, or a Divorce Coach can take you above and beyond your own personal limitations. More often than not, people try to achieve their greatest potential, but don’t even realize what stands in their way. A Life Coach, Relationship Coach, or a Divorce Coach can offer an unbiased and objective perspective, and can help you realize your patterns and habits. Most people experience that they are more efficient when working with a Professional Coach and that this provides the opportunity for them to better realize their potential. Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching, or Divorce Coaching can make your relationships more meaningful and will give you support and encouragement along the way.
How long do people generally work with a Life Coach, a Relationship Coach, or a Divorce Coach?
To experience the effectiveness of Professional Coaching, my recommendation is that clients allow several consistent sessions to take place. Sometimes we need to remember that the coaching process is not a quick fix and expectations of how quickly progress happens need to be realistic. If clients feel that they would like to continue, we will move forward. Having said that, if clients feel therapy is not working for them, I will completely respect that and provide referrals.
Is Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching, or Divorce Coaching confidential?
What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others.
Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching, and Divorce Coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information will always be protected with three exceptions: if there is abuse, if there is a risk that you could hurt yourself or someone else, if the insurance company wants to do a case review, and if a Judge subpoenas your records. You will always know ahead of time if confidentiality needs to be breached for the three reasons stated above.
Sessions are offered in person, or through telehealth (via video or on the phone).
